The hotel experience was unforgettable, especially enjoying the stunning city views from my beautifully furnished room and basking in the rooftop pool's sun. Not to mention, the spa facilities were top-notch, providing a great way to unwind. A small detail was the limited room service options, but it didn't put a damper on my overall enjoyment! 🌟

The terrace was perfect for morning coffee, and the staff, particularly the front desk team, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is unbeatable, making it convenient to explore Brickell's vibrant scene.

The pool's layout is unique, requiring a fun stroll across the street. The views from the 25th-floor dining area are amazing, especially at sunset. I loved the spacious room with a stunning bay view. Irima, our event caterer, went above and beyond, ensuring we felt special throughout our stay!

The stay was quite enjoyable, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds that made for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect for my work trip, as I was able to walk to the nearby office and enjoy the beautiful views from the lounge on the 25th floor. I appreciated the little touches in the room, such as the Nespresso maker and good quality toiletries. Overall, the experience was pleasant, although the restaurant had a long wait that was a bit frustrating, but the food was worth it.

missingWrote a review on Oct 04confusing layout
Getting around the hotel can be a maze. The breakfast scene turned into a marathon, with long lines on weekends and a mediocre buffet lacking variety. Room service hit me with a $7 delivery fee and no free water offerings—you'd think they could throw in a jug or two. The limited sunbeds by the pool barely accommodate a fraction of guests, which makes unwinding by the water feel more like a scavenger hunt than a leisurely escape.

Amazing, amazing, amazing.
The views from my Bay View Double room were jaw-dropping, showcasing the city skyline at sunset. I felt like royalty being greeted by the warm and attentive staff, especially the manager whose name I'll never forget-Ulis was always ready with a smile to help. The rooftop pool and spa offered a slice of paradise.
Totally recommend! ✨❤️

The location of Aka Brickell stands out. It's right in the heart of everything, making it convenient to stroll to nearby attractions and dining options. The room offered stunning views that made waking up a delight. I especially loved the stylish design and comfortable amenities. However, the elevator system can be frustrating. You must navigate multiple elevators just to get to your room, which feels time-consuming. Housekeeping also needs improvement. I had to request clean towels more than once. Another downside was my dining experience at the hotel restaurant, where breakfast selection was limited, and I had to wait. The food quality didn't match the high prices charged. Friendly staff helped but seemed inexperienced at times, leading to slower service during busy hours. Despite these issues, the overall vibe of the hotel and its inviting setting kept me from feeling too dissatisfied.

The City View King room was a welcoming retreat with comfortable furnishings and ample space. The hotel features excellent amenities, including a vibrant pool area and a gym that surpasses expectations. Dining options were satisfying, especially enjoying guava jam at breakfast. However, bathroom lighting was notably poor, impacting the overall experience, and additional charges for coffee felt unnecessary. While the staff was generally attentive, there were minor issues with room readiness upon arrival that could be improved.
