The views from my Bay View Double room were jaw-dropping, showcasing the city skyline at sunset. I felt like royalty being greeted by the warm and attentive staff, especially the manager whose name I'll never forget-Ulis was always ready with a smile to help. The rooftop pool and spa offered a slice of paradise.

The location of Aka Brickell stands out. It's right in the heart of everything, making it convenient to stroll to nearby attractions and dining options. The room offered stunning views that made waking up a delight. I especially loved the stylish design and comfortable amenities. However, the elevator system can be frustrating. You must navigate multiple elevators just to get to your room, which feels time-consuming. Housekeeping also needs improvement. I had to request clean towels more than once. Another downside was my dining experience at the hotel restaurant, where breakfast selection was limited, and I had to wait. The food quality didn't match the high prices charged. Friendly staff helped but seemed inexperienced at times, leading to slower service during busy hours. Despite these issues, the overall vibe of the hotel and its inviting setting kept me from feeling too dissatisfied.

While the staff was generally attentive, there were minor issues with room readiness upon arrival that could be improved.
